3G iPhone Downloads will dominate online Downloads
The new 3g iPhone, rumored to be released in summer of this year, could be subject to massive price cuts. How can Apple afford to do this? Well, maybe they can’t. It’s those nice people at AT&T who are taking the hit on this one.
Rumors have it that AT&T may be planning to discount the price of the 3g iPhone by up to $200. This would bring the 3g iPhone into the price range of many more people than are tempted by its current tag, and may help both Apple and AT&T to move more of the mode and, consequently, of contracts for its use. With 3G iPhone Apple getting a cut of around 9% and 25% of tariff fees collected each month, the technology provider is laughing all the way to the bank.
The 3g iPhone will be the talk of the town, just as its predecessor was almost one year ago.
